WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Democratic Leadership Project proudly announced its first slate of endorsements, supporting a group of dynamic, next-generation leaders running for office across the country. This initial round of endorsements includes key races in Virginia, where Democrats have the opportunity to expand their majority in the House of Delegates and flip all three statewide offices, as well as important U.S. Senate campaigns in Illinois and Minnesota.
The upcoming elections in Virginia are the first critical test of Donald Trump’s second term. Flipping all three statewide offices and expanding the Democratic majority in the House of Delegates will be essential to protecting fundamental rights, defending democracy, and countering the MAGA agenda.
