Four-piece independent expenditure mail program backs working-class firefighter in must-win seat for House majority
WASHINGTON, DC— Today, Democratic Leadership Project (DLP) announced it will make a $100,000 direct mail independent expenditure in support of Bob Brooks, Democratic candidate for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District. The investment will fund a four-piece direct mail program targeting approximately 40,000 voters across PA-07, and represents one of the cycle’s most significant early independent expenditure commitments in the district.
Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District is a must-win seat for Democrats seeking to reclaim the House majority. A Trump-Biden-Trump district where Republican Ryan Mackenzie defeated incumbent Susan Wild by less than one point in November 2024, PA-07 is exactly the kind of competitive seat that will determine control of the House.
